Machines & Capabilities
Tube Processor
Sordna utilizes a CNC Tube Processing Center to produce plasma cut metal parts with various shapes, holes, and channels.
- Square/Rectangle Tubing up to 6 x 4 x .180 wall

CNC Turning
Sordna’s multiple high capacity turning centers have the capability to turn large diameter and long length parts from most metals, including steel and aluminum. We can handle plastics as well. Our tooling includes ID/OD turning, threading, and grooving. We have Y -axis capability allows radial and axial 3+1 milling/drilling.

CNC Press Brake
We are experts in the application of our CNC press brake, providing accurate, high-quality bends for a wide range of metals, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plow plate, and AR plate. Our team also offers expert consultation and design assistance to help optimize results, reduce costs, and enhance part quality.
- 160-ton capacity Bends up to 12’ wide
- Maximum leg length 30”
- Minimum leg length: 0.5”
- Bend angles up to 45 degrees
Laser Plate Processing
Our precision CNC Laser cutting services provide accurate, laser-quality cutting for a wide range of metals, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and AR plate.
- Mild Steel A36: 16 Gauge – 3/4”
- Stainless Steel: 16 Gauge – 3/8”
- Aluminum Plate: 16 Gauge – 1/4”
- AR400 Steel: 16 Gauge – 1/2”
- 5’ X 10’ Cutting bed

CNC Vertical Milling
Sordna is also proud to offer precision CNC milling services with multiple machines available to maximize productivity. Our fleet of vertical machining centers (VMCs) provide accurate machining of all the metals and plastics our turning centers can handle. Our team also offers expert consultation and design assistance to help optimize results, reduce costs, and enhance part quality.
- Spindle Speeds: up to 12,000 RPM
- Travel Dimensions: 50 x 20 x 25 inches (1270 x 508 x 635 mm).
- Control System: All VMCs use HAAS CNC Control with advanced capabilities.
Fabrication
Beyond preparing your raw materials, Sordna is happy to take it to the next step and complete the fabrication of your project. We feature a complete, efficient, and modern weld shop capable of all standard welding processes. From heavy duty, dual-shield MIG welding to detail TIG work, let us know if we can help you complete your project. We can also deliver parts powder coated, electroplated, or anodized!
